<p><b><span>Job Description: </span></b><span>as Material R&D
Engineer he/she will be integrated on the Package Development
team and will be responsible for:</span><b><span> </span></b></p>
<p><span><span>o<span> </span></span></span><span>Driving
materials development activities; Evaluations and Qualifications
of new Materials required for new products and according to the
Company internal Technology Development Roadmap </span></p>
<p><span><span>o<span> </span></span></span><span>Supporting
internal development projects and operations with deep and solid
knowledge of material properties and material behaviour along
the process </span></p>
<p><span><span>o<span> </span></span></span><span>Assuring the
technical interface with partner material suppliers and
definition of all material specifications </span></p>

Material Characterization activities executed at internal LABs </span></p>

coordination</span><span> of company EPC/RoHS activities </span></p>

projects for process improvements (Quality; Yield; Cost;
