Subject: Constructal Theory workshop

Dear Colleagues

 

I wish to announce the presentation of an International  W orkshop on
Constructal Theory of Shape and Structure directed towards  scientists  and
university Ph.D. students and post-docs on Constructal  Theory. The course
will be of interest to all those currently working in a wide range of
science disciplines including heat transfer, flow network optimization,
turbulence, porous media, aerosols, animal design and heat flow networks.
The eminent Professor Adrian Bejan of Duke University, and founder of the
Constructal theory, will chair the event. 

 
The course will be held in Ireland at University of Limerick from June
22-23, 2006, directly after the ASME fourth international conference on
nano-channels,  micro-channels and  mini-channels held from 19-21 June 2006
at the same venue.
