de *R&D Material Engineer* e *Process Engineer *de acordo com o anúncio:


*1.**R&D Material Engineer: *

*Job Description: *as Material R&D Engineer he/she will be integrated on 
the Package Development team and will be responsible for:**

oDriving materials development activities; Evaluations and 
Qualifications of new Materials required for new products and according 
to the Company internal Technology Development Roadmap

oSupporting internal development projects and operations with deep and 
solid knowledge of material properties and material behaviour along the 
process

oAssuring the technical interface with partner material suppliers and 
definition of all material specifications

oSupport Material Characterization activities executed at internal LABs

oInternal coordinationof company EPC/RoHS activities

**

*Candidate Profile: *

-*Experience: *Professional experience on similar functions would be 
preffered**

-*Profile:*

oEngineering Degree in Materials/Chemistry or Degree in Chemistry

oSpecific knowledge required on Materials Sciences and Material 
Properties or Chemical Sciences

oPreferred knowledge/experience on Semiconductors / Micro-Nano 
Technologies and RoHS Legislation

oDeveloped competences for team work and for multidisciplinary projects

oProactive personality and dynamic attitude

oSolid knowledge of English language

oGood knowledge of IT tools like MS Office

oAvailable for business trips abroad (in case of need)

*2.**Process Engineer: *

*Job Description: *as Chemical Process Engineer he/she will be 
integrated on the WLP (Wafer Level Packaging) Process Engineering team 
and will be responsible for:**

othe technical Ownership of WLP Wet Etching and Plating Processes

oSupporting and sustaining the WLP Operations regarding production, 
quality, troubleshooting

oDriving projects for process improvements (Quality; Yield; Cost; Capacity)

oSupporting internal development projects with deep and solid knowledge 
of the Wet Etching and Plating processes

oSupporting the development of the Wet Etching and Plating processes

**

*Candidate Profile: *

-*Experience: *professional experience as Chemical Process Engineer 
would be valued**

-*Profile:*

oDegree in Chemical Engineering

oPreferred knowledge/experience on Semiconductors / Micro-Nano 
Technologies and on Wet Etching and Metallization Processes

oDeveloped competences for team work and for multidisciplinary projects

oProactive personality and dynamic athitude

oSolid knowledge of English language

oGood knowledge of IT tools like MS Office
