Através de um ex-aluno do DEQ, a trabalhar na Universidade de Lancaster 
no Reino Unido, onde fez o doutoramento,

recebi informação de concurso para vaga de doutoramento nessa universidade.

Divulgo essa informação abaixo para que possam avaliar o vosso interesse.

Alerto para a data limite de candidatura, _17 de Julho _e o projecto tem 
início em Setembro.

      PhD studentship – Highly efficient integrated generation of energy
      from biomass and waste using MIP gasification and fuel cell technology

We have a fully funded PhD studentship in collaboration with Stopford 
Energy and Environment available for a September 2017 start. The project 
will investigate the efficient conversion of energy in a fuel cell, 
using gas generated from plasma microwave technology, and is in 
collaboration with Stopford Energy and Environment. The project will be 
based at the Department of Engineering in Lancaster University, a 
research-intensive, top-10 UK university in the North West of England 
(www.lancaster.ac.uk/engineering 
<http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/engineering>), and it is fully funded for 
three years (tax free stipend of £15,000/year). We are looking for a 
Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduate, preferably with laboratory 
experience and interest in fuel cells. Deadline for applications is the 
17^th July.
